ABOUT
Lara Padilla, a.k.a Sra. D, vive y trabaja entre Madrid, Miami y Nueva York. Como creadora multidisciplinar, se sirve de la pintura, la danza, la escultura, el cine y la moda como medios de expresión plástica. Combina así textura y movimiento, lienzos y prendas de vestir que permiten que su obra viaje entre distintos contextos sociales y profesionales.
Licenciada en Bellas Artes por la Universidad Complutense de Madrid y Máster en Dirección de Fotografía de Cine por la Escuela TAI, ha participado en exposiciones individuales y colectivas a nivel nacional e internacional (Museo de Zapadores de Madrid–noviembre de 2020- o Art Basel Miami 2019).
Además de su carrera plástica, ha explotado su perfil de creadora de moda colaborando con clientes como Springfield, Pepe Jeans o Levis. También colabora activamente con Patricia Field, la estilista de series como “Sex In The City” o “The Devil wears Prada”, para su proyecto Patricia Field Art
Fashion, creando prendas únicas pintadas a mano.
